Ever after reinstalling the key driver, you obtain a message that tells you the key is not installed

Even after reinstalling the key driver, the driver key does not work.
This probably means that an older driver version is preventing the new one to operate correctly. You will have to uninstall and install the new version.

• Download the following files: USB_Drivers.zip
• Plug in the USB key, the red LED should light up.
• Double-click on remove.bat to start the uninstallation of the drivers (just in case). Normally, the red LED should turn off. If it doesn’t, run the remove.bat a second time.
• Then double click on install.bat to install the new drivers. The LED should light up. Using the KeyID tool (available in the download section of emtp.com) you should get the key number. This means that the key is finally detected by the PC.

You just have to re-import the license (with the activation utility) and EMTP should start on the license of the key!
