The new 64-bit MPLOT requires the MCR installer from MATLAB which must be downloaded and installed by user:
http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/ (R2017b, 64 bit version for Windows)
Download EMTP Modules (require specific license)
Miscellaneous:
You will need your personal access code in order to activate EMTP on your computer.
