When you close module UI by "Cancel" or "X" buttons instead of "OK", it pops up "Source: JavaScript runtime error

Line: 1 Char: 0
Error code: 80004005"
the next time you open the Module.
It also happens with others function like Calculate TRV, etc..
I'm using version 4.5 and this error appears on Windows 11
