i have  windows 10 and i have a problem with EMTP command window...when run my project nothing changes and Run command doesnt show up i managed to pop up run comand but still run doesnt work....

I'm trying to work on protection coordination. However, when I add more than one distance relay (21) or two overcurrent relay (50/51) I get the following error :

what do these codes mean?what does parseScriptFile mean?

How to realize the function of the counter, just like the counting function in DSP technology, it can be counted again when it reaches a certain set value.

I would like to assign multiple different real and reactive power values from the mask of my network to several buses to perform load flows for different scenarios. However, I find myself unable to assign a variable to the new 'PQ load with load flow' part (e.g. #P#) in the current 4.2.1 version of the software. I recall it was possible when modelling in version 4.1. Is there any work around for this using the new version? It is impractical for me to manually assign the load variables as there are hundreds of load points.
